We started to do some magnet fishing for river treasure and found this jumpers death trap that isn't supposed to be in the water. while magnet fishing the city employee told us that they are not supposed to be in there and he also told us to leave it in there. The city worker watched and followed us every where like he did not want us there! I will be going back to do more magnet fishing to get it out regardless of what that city employee said.
